Well, this marks our final day in Fredericton and the end of the 2019 Canada Wide Science Fair! It's been a terrific week and sadly it's time for us all to say good bye. After the whirlwind excitement of the awards ceremony on Thursday evening, public viewing resumed bright and early Friday morning and the exhibit hall was buzzing as people got to speak to the platinum award winners, best project winner and all the enthusiastic young scientists displaying their project for the last time!
. . . while waiting for take down at 3, the kids started getting antzy and we all know what that leads to . . . Nadine and her posse getting silly!!!!!

Lucas was interviewed by CBC . . . and another gentleman |

| Hayden waking up! |
and then take down . . . . THERE WAS A FAIR AND THEN THERE WASN'T!!!!! and the kids they have hung out with sign the back of each other's boards - fun!
getting their boads cut so they can get them home!
A big thank you to the organizing committees from both CWSF and Fredericton for all of the hard work - it was an outstanding fair! Everyone was just so positive with each one of us - it is true - Maritimers are exceptionally welcoming!
To our three finalists who attended this week, I would like to congratulate each one of you for your phenomenal work and the young adults that you are! You have represented your region so well and I was proud to be your delegate each and every day. It is important to remember that the true reward of being at this fair is that you are one of only 487 young Canadian scientists who are changing the world! I hope you continue with the science fair - each of you is our future. YOU are each spectacular and it was a delight to spend a week with you!
THE END OF CWSF 2019!!!!!
